Thank you. It is win win for me. I get to do something fun. I make somebody else happy. And I get to have more of my flock ID'ed too. Not to mention it is a great way to make so many new aquaintances.

I would love to do this next year too. Only I think I will hand pick 25 birds so I can get some interesting little ones and have some more variety. Then sell most of them at auction since I won't be able to keep that many chickens. I love the chicks so much! And I can't wait to have my permanent flock of hens old enough to lay. But I must admit, I am not enjoying having all of the males. 1 is all I think I want.

I am really glad that there is some excitement about it. I was wondering if there would be much of a turnout. I hate to throw a party that nobody shows up too...... Memories of Tupperware parties plaguing my dreams lately!
