I've got 2 BL. I don't think they're particularly pretty, and they're definitely not very sociable. If they weren't such good layers, I'd get rid of them, lol. I've never had an Exchequer (heck never even seen one in person, just pics). They have some beautiful coloring, tho. Maybe I'll win this contest.....and who knows.....Lesa might even get a chance to hatch out some itty bitty white eggs...

Here's a pic of one of my BLs next to a BR.....Yeah she's pretty small....my 12 week old RIRs are as big as she is...and she's at least 2 yrs.:

Well, they appear to be at LEAST "larges" - I hope my girls ramp it up soon, or they'll be over at Heidi's place....SOON!

Yup, they're as big as any others except the EE....she lays the biggest egg. I keep saying I'm going to weigh them so I have a way of comparing....just need to get around to it, I guess. I've had the BLs for 2 years now, and they were laying this size egg when I got them....have no idea how old they are.
