ok our dinner (as listed above) is SUPER simple to make..............


take italian sausage and cut each sausage up into 7 chunks.

drop into a LARGE preheated skillet and let start browning.

take baby bella's and cut into 4th's set aside in a bowl

when the sausage is browned scoop out and put in bowl on top of mushrooms

add to the skillet 1 diced onion, italian seasoning to taste, saute and dump the baby bella and sausage back on top


Take 1 package of cream cheese (block) cube and drop in

grate 1/4 - 1/3 cup parm cheese add to skillet

2 handfulls of motzerella add in

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup milk

1 cup water

stir and place lid on skillet slightly raised and turn on low/simmer

cook pasta when done dump skillet over the top
