I just wanted to tell you what a tremendous job mrheinz, crazypetlady, chiqita, and mstricer are doing with the Hatch-a-long. We are having so much fun and I can't think of anything that I would rather be doing than getting involved in this. Thank you for hosting such a wonderful site and putting up with all of us!

Hi Nifty!

I am having so much fun with this hatching contest!!!!. I have never in my 35 years of raising chickens ordered eggs for hatching. I ordered the eggs from Mr Heinz77. I show Orpingtons and I have RIR but my quality is not quite good enough for show. I really thought this was one of the best opportunity's to have fun with both processes. Now I have met Mstricer,Chiqita and Crazypetlady and they have some breeds I might add for other contest in the future and for showing. This is becoming a really exciting addition to chicken raising. They have really worked very hard to make it enjoyable for everyone. I applaud all the hard work and great sportsmanship. I can't believe I have chicks hatching in a few days!!!!! wooo hooooo!!!
