87 swaps before 5 am again. As usual. Finally pry my eyes open with coffee and settle in. Oh God, not Bresse again? Why doesn't anyone ever offer some leghorns?

I go out to the coop, Sulmtalers swarming around my legs. Sick of the sight of them. I miss my old barred rocks. The Bielefelder's sorta pretty, though...

Get back in twenty minutes later. 4,783 new posts...

Just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the joy you have helped spread with the NYD hatch along. I loved having a chance to win eggs from crazypetlady. Mrheinz, Chiquita, and mstricer were also wonderfully helpful and so generous. It is just amazing the generosity I have fund in the community. You are all such positive examples to the world!
