Continued fairy eggs and molting?

Should I switch to a higher protein feed? I did once and I saw huge growth on one hen and little on a few others.

Certainly wouldn't hurt. I feed my flock around 17% protein and they feather in ok after molt, so I don't bother changing their feed or augmenting it, but a little extra protein can help with refeathering.
