The cheap vinyl is down. And up the walls (halfway)! The poop boards will be built tomorrow and covered with more cheap vinyl.
The run is encased in hardware cloth and the door will go on tomorrow.
Hopefully, the flock will go in tomorrow evening!!!!!!

Nice! Do block off the openings between the wall and the vinyl, so nothing and nobody falls down into those gaps.

Too much!
But I'm also getting a big shed along with the coop and run!
I've purchased some of the materials (hardware cloth from Amazon, vinyl flooring from HD, old windows at $3 a piece they Facebook) and reused old doors from an abandoned house on my property. The rest my contractor purchased without charging me more.

The shed doors aren’t on yet, but the shed-coop door is (I salvaged it from the old house on my property). The hardware cloth is (finally) installed over the windows, the poop boards are covered with a sheet of vinyl, as are the walls, and tomorrow I will be finishing up the roosts just before the flock moves in!!!

However, your latches are all easily opened by raccoons, so fix them. How is that hardware cloth secured?
