However, your latches are all easily opened by raccoons, so fix them. How is that hardware cloth secured?

I know, they'll be replaced with those eye hooks with the spring gasps tomorrow!

The chicks have landed!

I used a big basket with a towel draped over it to move the flock of 17 down to the coop today! None had made it up to the poop boards by the time I headed back to the house, but I’m sure they’ll figure it out soon. They do seem to enjoy the clean-out window at their level!
