Controlling mold on fodder?

I'm trying to grow fodder (wheat) for my chickens and have come across an issue with mold growth.

Currently, I am soaking the wheat with a bit of bleach for 12 hours, draining and rinsing then placing in a container with holes for drainage. I water several times per day making sure to soak the wheat well and that the containers continue to drain out. It has been taking 6-8 days to get a good amount of growth but when it reaches this point it seems that there is an abundance of mold growth.

you can spray it with neem oil its and organic moldicide and pesticide approved for organic gardening it also gets rid of mites fleas and ticks and just about any other pest you have on the farm
