Convection Oven?

I was given a convection oven about a month ago and it just occurred to me that I might be able to use that as an incubator. Anyone been successful? Any tips or advice?

I say give it a shot. If you can get it to hold a steady correct temp maybe you can do it. Never had one of those so I don't really know.
