Convertible nest box designs/plans for roll-away or flat?

Hi all,
Looking for designs, plans, or premade nest boxes that are primarily roll-away but could be converted to flat if I end up with a broody hen. Does anyone know of nest boxes like this? Or have plans for home-made ones? Ideally, I was looking at a community style roll-away box or potentially building a roll-away one with dividers in which I could lower one of the individual nest boxes flat if needed.

@jthornton has plans for a roll-away that looked like it would be easy to modify to a flat floor. He had the floor hinged to make cleaning easier. I’ll see if I can find the link.
