converting a shed into a coop

Looking good! That will be a very cute coop! Is there some additional ventilation, that I can't see in the pics? That would be my only concern.

Thanks for the suggestions!
Currently there are only 2 windows. I plan on installing the largest vents I can fit into the gables.
Any other ideas?
