Converting horse stalls to chicken coop?

The stalls are 12x14. Quite big. I feel bad if they don't have an outside run. I guess, I just think everything needs to get out and see the sun I guess I won't worry about it till Spring.

I totally get what your sayin! Once you start working on it you should post pictures. I think it will work out well for you. We have a shed and a barn and we are doing something similar, however we do not have stalls.
