Convincing Issue

I don't need to raise money for a coop. We allready have 2. They just need probably need a little money put into them to fix them up a bit. And no. I don't have any neighbors that have chickens. I have a pet bearded dragon, but I pay for his food. I asked my mom what exactly was the issue and she said that I need to clean my lizard's cage more often, and if I do that I don't have the promise of chickens, but I have a better chance. I would only ask for like 5 chickems, but where I live it gets really cold and the more chickens you have here, the better chance they stay healthy. Also, the place where we have to get our chickens will only allow a limit of 15 chickens, no less. I guess I''m in quite pickle. I'm working on those charts though, hope they work.
