We are looking for notations

- whole and large eggs - whole and large should be removed. The standard notes on the cookbook state all eggs are whole and large unless otherwise noted in the recipe.

Do NOT remove large (or lg.) in reference to onions and other ingredients. ONLY eggs.

Also level - level spoonfuls or cup - the standard cookbook notes are for level measures unless noted by something like heaping or skant. Remove level on the tsp, tbsp and c.




Let's work the same way we have been - Pick a letter and start there. When you finish with the recipe make sure to mark it proofed.

Even if you changed nothing, save the recipe and mark it proofed.
