Does anyone have any favorite recipes, advice, or sage wisdom for cooking Guinea fowl? I have a 6 month old male resting in the fridge, today is day 2.

I just cook them like I would a chicken. My preference is to stuff and roast them. A neighbor turned one that I gave her into guinea noodle soup. There have been a few recipes posted here over the years but they are hard to find. You can Google guinea fowl recipes to find many versions.
