How do y'all coock you older Courtnix laying hens & cocks?

I have never tried it but I don't see why you couldn't make pop pies, soup, or even roast them. If it were me I would try to cook them a few ways before I just through them away or feed them to the dog.

no they only get better with age never tuff they may have some fat on them but that only adds to the flavor just did 8 today
