Cooking Quail and Pickleing Eggs

I did a blog post on pickleing our eggs, and culling our herd, plucking and prepping for dinner. If you wanna see the pics (black and white so not as gory) and get recipes - you can check my blog. We did 4 males (we have 5 males and decided to save our most aggressive). We are getting 4-5 eggs a day out of 6 ladies. So I am not going so nutso over that now! LOL!
