Cooking with Duck Eggs = Dangerous

Made my first batch of chocolate chip cookies with duck eggs day before yesterday.....they were so good....they are all gone! Yikes! There are only two of us.....

I just decided that I'm gonna make a cheesecake with duck eggs on the weekend. Drool.

Although hubby had been requesting Apple Crisp with the apples from our trees....but that isn't any fun, it doesn't use duck eggs~
