I made one, and I like it! I cut smaller holes in the bottom of the bucket because I am afraid of overfill. I can always make them bigger later. Walmart had relish trays on clearance - two-pac for a dollar, so I can make another. The bolt through the middle stuck out through the bottom, so I set it on bricks so it wouldn't rock. I wanted it raised up anyway. The discs of bucket that I cut out made great washers for the bolt. This is a great feeder, and it only cost me fifty cents!

I made a feeder almost exactly like this before I'd even seen this link. I just got lucky in that the vegie tray was the first thing I saw when I walked into my local thrift store. I was able to use the tray for the feeder and the lid for the waterer. The tray and lid were only $1 and I got the buckets for free at my local deli. Check out my BYC page for pics.
