Cool eggsperiments to try with your eggs

I know it isn't really sweat but I had often heard this tearm used. Is it an unacceptable tearm?

The "sweat" term is probably user/area specific, but generally it is referred to an egg that was put in the incubator cold or an egg that has been compromised and is extruding liquids b/c of bacterial growth/pressure inside the egg forcing liquids out.
