Cool site on Chicken growing in an egg!

    I don' t know if this has been posted or not, but shows ACTUALLY (not simulated) what a chicken looks like inside its shell (but the shell is removed).

    I don't know how they do it, but its BAD-BUTT! (Edited for Family Friendliness)

    Wow...that is soooooo cool!!! It almost looks as though the baby is developing in a petrie dish. I am new to chickens and I truly find it amazing!!!

    Glad u liked it. I thought that even teachers who do something on hatching chickens could use the photos from this site. With powerpoint...it could be VERY LOW COST!

    That is totally freaky. They probably killed however many pictures worth of chicks it took to get those, except for the last one [​IMG] I think #9 looks like an alien!

    [​IMG] I didn't even think about that...they probably did crack the eggs at each different level of growth. It's sad but a great learning tool.[​IMG]

    ^ i read somewhere that petri dish embryos only last a few hours after opened up?
