I couldnt find one of my big hens so i went to looking and found her by the river with all her feathers plucked off her breast.I think maybe she will b alright,could this b a coon doing this.I didnt think a coon would do this in the daylight.

I doubt it is a coon. The head is usually where they start in order to eat the crop first.
Weasel, Mink, Cat, more sounds like it. young hawk possibly.

But why just the breast feathers gone?
 
My guess is that's where she was first grabbed but somehow made a very lucky escape.
