Coop #2 complete and the new girls moved in!

Finished up this weekend and got the new chicks moved in at 7 weeks old. Took me a little longer than I wanted, but what doesn't?

The 10x10 dog kennel was $299 at Lowe's. I cut one of the sides and opened it up to make it roughly 10x15. The lumber and all of the misc.hardware was maybe 3 to $400.

This one is 4'x8' inside and 6' high at the peak inside. It has 4 egg boxes. There are two ladder style roosts inside. I put 11 birds in it. The run is 10'x15' and they have access to the 4'x8' space under the coop also.
Lived in Tampa for 46 years!

Yes they do. This is Tweety (daughter named her) now. She's a white leghorn.
