Witch one will make witch sick the chickens make quail sick or other way around

Chickens carry diseases that quail in the US have no immunity to, because for generations quail and chickens haven't been kept together over there.

I guess because chickens and quail are kept much closer together in other countries, they have developed immunity to chicken diseases so they don't get sick.
