and if you can scoop up cattle panels (I've NEVER seen them offered, they are friggin' GOLD if you can find them being given away), a hoop coop is another good option.

We just ripped down 5 cattle panel sections because we're putting up a privacy fence and just gave them to our neighbor, free is good!

6 hens and 6 hatchlings.(we had 7 but one died from vent prolapse )

Your coop is really small for 12 chickens.

You need at least 48sqft of coop space, plus 120sqft of run space
