Coop and run must haves

What all does a coop and run must have in it?

Well in the coop you will need nesting boxes (I would say 3 for that amount of chickens), a roost (at least 8 feet of it) and food and water.

As far as the run, you will need a minimum of 10 square feet per bird, so 80 sqft in your case. Water and perhaps a perch or some larger items so they have something to jump/play on. You will also want shade in the run whether it's under a tree or something you put in or above it to create shade. That's about it really
