coop boots with arch support?

I just had ankle surgery and need to find some boots for cleaning out my coop but they need arch support any ideas?

I have low arches, so as backward as it sounds I need a lot of arch support, so I usually just buy inserts for all my shoes.

I have high arches- my older sister has flat feet. When she was younger, the doctor kept telling her to roll a pop bottle under her feet, it didn't help.

I also tend to wear out the outer side of my shoes. Maybe I should switch shoes now so both sides get worn evenly
