My husband build our backyard coop on the ground. We live in south Florida so it’s a dirt sand floor. The coop/run is all covered. They do free range every day for a few to four hours or more so I think the coop is a good size for the 5 of them (used to have 6 but rooster was being mean to girls. He has a new home). But, I would like to know if I should leave it just as it is or add some hemp bedding to the ground? Is just the ground ok? See pictures.
