Yes! That is what I did, I made the run secure so I wouldn't have to close the pop door at night. They were brooded in the interior portion, but as soon as they could fly up to the rafters, that is where the slept every night. I free range mine during the day and do lose one on occasion, but nothing is getting to them at night!
