My local farm store has sold handmade (Amish) coops -we have an Amish population here. But, your local farm store may have connections to the right person.

There is a high school career center in my area that has a construction career field, with teens eager to earn extra money. It’s possible that contacting a career school like this, asking the teacher, that you might get a reliable and somewhat skilled teen to build for you, or they may have the contact of an now-adult past graduate they would recommend.

The local 4-H office or Agricultural extension office may also be a source of a person known to build things like this. Can’t hurt to ask!
