Coop cleaning

I do clean my coop every 3 months, replacing all the straw and pine shavings, wipe down the walls, windows and ceiling. I also take my shop-vac and vacuum up what is left after removing all the straw/pine shavings. I replace with clean straw/shavings, put food grade DE down.

I take everything out 4x a year, hose the coop down and scrub with bleach water. Have a poop board with sweet pdz (granular not powder) and that gets cleaned as well. Our roosts are removable and they get scrubbed too. Pine shavings for coop bedding and straw for nest boxes.

That is about how often I clean our coop. I have aluminum pans with sweet pdz powder in them and sift thru for the poo. I have straw (right now) for the bedding and pine shavings in their nesting boxes. I just changed to that and they seem to like it much better. :)

What type of tool do you use to clean up the poop? I have poop on grass and on hay, assuming there are two different types of rakes for cleaning this up? Please advise. I'm a first time chicken owner and I'm open to any suggestions!!

A description(and pics) of your coop and run and where you need to clean poop from might help.
I don't clean up any poop(except out of sand/PDZ filled roost board),
coop floor has pine shavings poops get mixed into that and it all gets totally changed out 1-2 times a year,
in the run I do nothing except add wood chips, leaves, straw and it decomposes.

How do you guys clean the poop out of pine shavings?

I use pdz and use a kitty litter scoop, but as far as my line shavings I just stir them up and change twice a year

Now I see how this works, again thank you for the feedback, I'll continue to try posting a picture.
