Coop Completed

It looks fantastic.

What is the roost spacing betwen the roost and the wall and between the parallel roosts? My roosts are too close to the wall. So the wall gets poops on it. Hoping to fix that soon. Also the if the parallel ones are close that might also need a tweak.

The one closest to the wall is 10inches away and there is 8 inches spacing between the two perches.

Do you have bantams or large fowl? If large, you may find that you'll need to make adjustments with roost spacing - generally you'd want 12" from the wall and 12" between roosts to prevent picking or harassment.

That is one sweet coop...Nice Job!

Agrees with concerns about the edges of linoleum...and the spacing of the roosts.
Also you don't need that ramp to lower roost, they can jump up there, it's too steep anyway.

One thing caught my eye, I'm trained to look for stuff like this.
Red circle, is it an optical illusion or is that 4x4 at an angle?
Hope it's securely bolted to the framing.
Also ground under that concrete block looks shaky...beware, chickens will dig under it.
Blue circle, is some digging in there?
