I can see the wisdom in making it damp so there is less dust. That sounds real smart.
I just wouldn't use a pressure washer or a hose.. it doesn't look like there's anyplace for the water and waste to go unless you cut a hole in the floor... and want all that waste and water under the building. I wouldn't.
