I used Hardware cloth on all the sides of my chicken tractor. I used chicken wire just on the top. I've had the chickens out for a few weeks and so far no problems. I only have deer problems, so I wasn't expecting anything bothering the chickens.

What a very lovely coop Masschix! I really like it. I was talking to my guy last night and one thing I keep wondering is - if you put your fencing down six inches or so and curve it out to keep out the digging predators - what do you do if you have a door into your run like you do and like I want? It seems like under the door would be a way in for those who want to...
