I know this has been discussed to death, but I find I am almost overwhelmed.

I know what I want to build. it will be 8x12 shed (lean to shape) with a run.
The "shed" will be divided in 3, 8x4 section for chickens8b8 empty.

I just want to find a plan for the physical shed, and am having no luck!
Hubby says no plan, no shed..... any ideas?

I was going to, but my awesome other half has never built a box lol. He's worried we will have flat chickens, if the whole thing falls down on us.

. This is ours. My son and I built it in less than a day.

there are a ton of basic shed plans out on the web, but if your scratch building might just be better to have him research how to frame a wall. Once you learn to frame one wall, the rest is easy, and the skill allows you to adapt the building to what you want, not what plans tell you.

Here is something that might be helpful.

Go to your public library and talk to the librarian. There should be plenty of books available that show exactly what you want. If they are not on the shelf, the librarian should be able to order it from other libraries. If you like the book and have to return it, you can order it online. Public libraries are a tremendous resource wasted by many people.

Go to Home Depot or Lowe's. They should have a "How-To" section with large paperback books you might wan to look at. There's a little more pot luck involved here.
