I've a feeling that that's going to be used more as a playhouse for the kids, only a better one than the ordinary sort and a lot more interesting for them.

LOL, I know I spend a lot of time in mine. I never had a playhouse (well I was a tomboy so not really the playhouse type) as a kid, so I guess I finally got it!!! And my chickens are a lot more interesting than my sisters were some of the time. And I get eggs!!! boy, my sisters really fell short in some ways. Okay, I'm over that!! lol
