Coop Door - Open from Inside or Outside the Coop?

I have 3 doors on mind and getting ready to add one more. Right now 2 of the doors are for people to walk through and 1 is for the chickens to walk through. 1 of my big doors open to the inside (only because of the run's roof) and the other to the outside.

Having both, I recommend opening to the out side. Not because of the poo (my birds poo drops to the outside when they roost), but I use the deep litter method and it just makes it easier to open the door.

My design is brilliant if I do say so myself (though I'm sure I learned it from this site).

Guillitine door so it slides up on the inside, but I have a rope attached so that I can walk in the coop entry (not in the coop itself) and open and close the door w/o getting poopy.

If you're talking about the entry door for you, it can't open in -- or at least it can't for long, because the poop blocks the swing.
