I live in Michigan and it gets cold in the winter,should I cover the door or leave it open ? I only have 1 other vent that is in the wall.Thanks

I would make a removable door or a hinged door with closing vents. That way the vent could be adjusted to maintain chickens comfort.

x2. I would also add more ventilation. They will need it, even in winter.

Definitely needs a solid door (how ya gonna keep the snow out of there?)...and you need more protected ventilation that is open 24/7/365.
