Coop fan, point it at roosts? Out window??

I put a box fan in my 4x8 coop tonight, but wasn't sure how I should position it. It's 108 outside and 101 in the coop right now.

Should I just put it in the window pointing outside to draw out hot air? Direct it at the roosts to cool the girls off?

I hate this heat!!!

I point mine at the roost for the night. During the day the fan is pointed at the nest boxes.
