Coop finally done!

I was worried about standing water on the roof but after the last rain there was none and most of the water sheds off to the sides
That's good!

which is better since the ground slopes towards the front of the coop and if it all shed off to the back I’d have one heck of a mud pit in there.

Very safe spot to add ventilation would be the inside wall facing into the run, as the roof provides good coverage - I'd open up as much of the space above the door as reasonably possible. Maybe some louver covered vents (like gable vents) on the other 3 sides, so you don't have to worry about closing them up in case of rain or anything.
