Coop finally finished!

Just wanted to share the amazing work my hubby did in building our coop! It took a year and a half to finally get everything situated where I wanted it, but he's such a trooper! (We still have some finishing touches to put on)
We have 13 laying hens (when they're not being broody - grrr) and 6 11-week-old pullets.
One question for everyone, though: how do I get the hens to go up to the top nest boxes to lay? Everyone wants to use the bottom ones! LOL

Only thing I can think of is to place them in there and see or/and add some golf balls or ceramic eggs to it.

Is there more ventilation that we're not seeing, or that's being added?

As far as the nests, add fake eggs for sure if you don't already have any in there, and maybe provide a stump or a cinder block to help boost them up so they can see into the upper nests to want to use them?
