The floor in my coop was OSB board. I had to remove 1/2 the floor as I have 3 ducks living with my chickens and they are messy drinkers, and the floor got very wet and started to break through. I have considered a number of options, paint, vinyl etc. I also thought of using paving bricks for the part of the floor where the waterer will stay. That way any spillage could run down between the bricks and into the ground. Has anyone tried this as a solution?

YOU CAN SPACE OUT THE PAVER BRICKS AND GET A BAG OF READY MIX CEMENT AND PUT IT IN THE SPACES

You might try this to minimize the mess the ducks make:

It's about 3/4 of the way down the page. This is someone else's design. They designed it so that the water is caught by the pan underneath the food and water that is separated by wire.
