Coop flooring question

My question is if wire mesh can be used on the floor to raise meat chickens in an elevated and stationary location similar to a rabbit hutch. I’m not concerned with moving a tractor as I have less than and acre of land. They would be a Dual Purpose Wyandotte x Sussex.

Yes it can be used but you may have to scrape poop off of the wire often.
Depends on the size you use and how many birds in what size area.
