Kaua`i is more "country" than where we are.
It's kind of a quiet dead end we live at ~ too much traffic (human and motor) irritates people. Ah we're really close to the road and each other is the problem. If someone sneezes next door, we hear it lol! 
However...I doubt anyone will have a prob if we have 3 hens and it doesn't get all stinky!
You should post that pic of those chicks at KFC!
