Ok. Then you should do well with this coop. Just give them something to roost on that they can wrap their feet around. Bantams will do well with 2x2's. And again, it doesn't have to be off the floor much. Just enough to keep them off the floor to allow for pooping. You can cut a hole in the side and install an exterior box for laying, that hangs out the side of the coop so you have more room inside the coop.

they will all stay on one roost if its big enough and they should be the height of the chicken plus a few inches or they can be 5 feet off the ground it just depends on the height of the coop roof my roof it almost 4 feet from the floor and my roost poles are 14 inches off the floor and they love it chickens dont seem to mind how high the roost is as long as its taller than they are and its off the floor

A rooster may be hard on 4 hens. 8-10 birds are recommended for 1 rooster.
