Coop ideal for 6 Barred Rocks?

I have an old swing set much like this one, and I anchored the legs with concrete. I don't relish taking it out, but the kids are all too old for it now. So, I googled "chicken coop out of old swing set" and there you were! I will definitely do this!

One idea I'd like to share which we are also considering is a a polyethylene plastic building. It would be so easy to maintain. Cleaning would be a breeze by simply taking a garden hose and cleaning it off. I'm not sure if this would be something you'd be interested in looking into or not but thought I'd share it anyway. We're planning on looking on Craig's List and local classified ads and see what we can locate. Buying new has a high price tag.
