We currently have a fairly nice coop, but it is unpowered. So no heat, no warm water, and no light.

We want to improve the conditions for our flock, and in turn improve production. We want to put it on a concrete pad, with built in all season watering. It gets down to -35c here in the winter.
I also want to add a hatching hut, so we can keep the production in one area and easy to clean and quarantine. Of course, THAT will also need heat, light and water.
The goal, is to maintain the rotation of our current flock (25), provide healthy chicks and eggs for sale locally, and have a freezer flock of about 20 birds a year too.
