Finally got around to starting and completing the expansion of our coop! The initial coop was bought locally for our 7 grown hens. It was a little tight for them. We free range them on our 1 acre yard but it was still tight at 4.5x4 ( 6x4 with nestboxes ) and run was 4x14. Now its 4.5x8 and 8x14 for the run! Girls are pumped! And we just got a brooder setup and some chicks today as well! Here is a before and after!

Great work! They are probably loving more space to explore in their run.

We have one black sexlink that was roosting somewhere else at night ( under our chat set) instead of going into the coop with the others. Now she goes in with the other birds!
