Coop is FINALLY finished!!!! Pullets arrive tomorrow!!!!!!!!

Our coop is finally finished. Chickens arrive on tomorrow. It's been a six month wait. We're excited!!

Good to see you are up and runnin the right way I have to laugh sometimes when folks say, Ok I have chicks now what LOL it always makes me shake my head hehehehe. Nice coop.

Really nice!!! I vote for planting kale and radishes, cute plants and the hens really love them. Also, they went nuts for the wild strawberries that grow everywhere and require absolutely no maintenance! (You know if it doesn't grow on its own here at the Double Up, it doesn't grow at all!!!)

Maybe something tall on your windy side or the run for a windbreak and shade during summer? And you could mix in some veggies to feed the birds in with some flowers? Oh.... and then it's pretty convenient fertilizing too! LOL What kind of chickens are you getting?

Wow that is just amazing. Still working on mine, but I like the roost bar idea!
